Our Suite Collective Program Calendar
The Schedule for The Suite Collective is designed to build from one week to the next. The meetings will be live, in Zoom - and the recording will be distributed on Tuesdays (and held in a Course Area for Access). It is STRONGLY recommended that you come to each meeting live. Please note this calendar is subject to change, based on participant needs.
Each week will have an order for you to submit to our team, and during the week we will go to work for you, make your order PERFECT and add it to your Suite.

Thursday, 9/11: → Branding: using Ai to create a new logo (or update your current one) and grow on it. Once your logo is perfect - we will use it to build your signature for emails and get you set with a professional brand kit - colors, fonts, and images. If needed, Staffless Team will integrate your new logo and theme with your website. Review of branding elements of The Practice Suite and using Ai to create branding elements.

Thursday, 9/18: → Messaging Makeover: missed call text-backs, email/text templates - all Staffless Practice Academy content. Review of where and how to use snippets in Suite. Review of Phone Options in Suite.

Thursday, 9/25: → Practice Reviews Program: master Google Reviews, Yelp, your choice! We will implement simple-to-use review system for practice members to easily rave about your work - everywhere. There will be ONE BUTTON in your Practice Suite to request a review. One click. Review of different review platforms, how Reviews Button works, workflow options once Collective done.

Thursday10/2, → Recall Program: we all have practice members who get lost, drop away from the practice - let's reconnect with a pre-set system. We will set up your Recall Program together, and teach you how to run it. Review of Recall steps and cadence for successful execution. Discussion of recalls being part of first eblast/text-blast. We will also review Contact Lists to prep you for next week Suite Delivery Meeting.
This week you will prepare your Practice Contact List for next week's delivery.
🔥 Collective WEEK 5:
Thursday, 10/9: → AI Generated Sequences for leads and new practice members: setup and execution of automated emails for lead and new practice member nurturing. We will workshop Drag Method for lead and new member sequences - then collect results and add to your Suite. Discussion of more complicated workflow options.
During this week will also focus on the creation of your first email and text message to send from your Suite. With one week left of Collective, we will also review next steps for Suite Success.
Suite Delivery Meeting with Staffless Team. This meeting will include Contact Import and Suite Delivery and Review.
🔥 Collective WEEK 6:
Thursday, 10/16 → Suite Review - now that you are in! First message text/email blast - during this week we will deliver your Suite and send out your first set of messages for you. We will also teach you how to use your Suite - practical day-to-day use, and planning with your Suite. Our meeting will be a Q&A and review, and a from-here overview.
During this week our team will send out your first messages from your Suite.

What expenses with the Practice Suite replace?
Most of our Suitees use the Suite for their office phone (so no more phone bill) - as well as their fax, e-blast software, website, texting software and scheduler. The greatest savings comes in with the amount of time that the practice suite will save you from admin tasks.
What happens if I miss a call or can’t make the weekly sessions?
You’re covered.
All calls are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. If you miss one, just watch the replay and send us your notes — our team will still complete your build for the week. No falling behind, no pressure.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to make this work for my practice?
You need to know your way around.
We built this program for practice owners and course creators who want the systems without becoming a systems expert. You show up, tell us what you need, and we build it. You do need the basics - how to open your computer, get onto a website, save a password, etc. Our team is always RIGHT HERE for you if you have questions or need support.
Is this a software I’m buying or a service?
Both, really. We service your Suite - keep it running smooth. As long as you are with us, we are your back-up team. We are RIGHT HERE. You will have access to a ticketing system for orders, a 24/7 Slack channel, and our weekly practice mentorship calls.
We are also building a Suite for your practice - which is a cloud-based compliant practice messaging platform. Yep, it's software.
What if I want to keep building after the 6 week program?
You can!
After your build is complete, you have two options:
Keep it running by renting the Practice Suite for $495/month — it’s like a digital front desk that never sleeps.
Upgrade to custom builds — websites, courses, first-visit systems, and more if you want to keep scaling.
No pressure either way. You stay in control.
Does your system integrate with my EHR?
If you have Jane App (smart move) we can integrate your calendar so that you can SEE IT from your Suite. You will not be able to change appointments directly - but...we will put a direct link to your practice calendar in your Suite so it is one click away. For our friends who use a different EHR - we can integrate your calendar as long as your EHR has ability to export .ICS file.
What is your guarantee? Do you offer refunds?
Our promise is that you will love what we do. If you do NOT love us, and our work, and you can show us that you have FULLY done your part, we will work with you for FREE until you are happy. We do NOT offer refunds.
Do I have to be staffless to use your systems?
Many of our practices have staff members, who..quite frankly LOVE what we do. It saves them so much time and energy on things that are just not their best use of time! If you do NOT have staff, you are about to hire 15+ team members over here, ready to go to work for you.
What happens after the program?
Many of our clients choose to stay on with us after their initial program ends—continuing to build out powerful workflows and marketing tools that fuel steady practice growth.
